Our capital raising process strictly complies to SEC and applicable State securities laws' requirements, including Regulation D offerings. We are also adept in reverse mergers and Form 10 corporate structures.
Our job doesn't end when the financing is completed. We work with our clients to help deliver results and maximize market valuation to reduce future cost of capital, if and when needed.
